No. 1 — Layered Shelfies
I love how the the Laura Covington team styled two of mini paintings stacked on books in this open air shelving display. Don’t be afraid to mix in family photos and other small, decorative items!
No. 2 — Art for your Kitchen
It’s one of the most well-used spaces in a home, yet often forgotten when it comes to showing off your design taste! Below, you can see one of my mini paintings adding a bit of color to the bottom shelf in this kitchen.
No. 3 — A Pop of Color for your Furniture
Small art is a great way to add a little color to a piece of furniture. Try placing artwork on top of a dresser, console table, desk or night stand. Some art, like my painting on birchwood panel below, stands on its own. While canvas paintings can be propped up on an decorative easel, and paper pieces can be framed with an easel back.
