One of the highlights of 2020 was working with the lovely Melanie Beatty on her custom wedding paper suite! This sweet bride has impeccable style and had a beautiful vision for her wedding day. It was an absolute honor working one-on-one together to bring her ideas to life!

Q: Why did you decide to do a custom wedding invitation suite?

A: I have always been someone who appreciates the little details, and I knew that I wanted my guests to see my wedding vision be carried through every aspect of my wedding — starting with the wedding invitation suite, which served as the first glimpse into my big day!

Q: What was your favorite part of the custom wedding process?

A: I loved how designing the stationary allowed me to think through so many other aspects of my wedding — the color scheme, the flowers and the overall vision. I feel that with Sarah’s help I have created a cohesive experience for my guests.

Q: Do you have any advice for someone considering custom wedding paper goods?

A: Do it — you won’t regret it! Whether you are able to afford a full formal wedding suite, or just a wedding crest, your guests will notice that personalized piece of your big day. I cannot count the amount of texts I received complimenting my wedding suite — everyone loved how unique and thought out it was.

I love how she has been a part of my wedding experience from the beginning by designing my save the date soon after I got engaged, to creating my wedding welcome sign that was displayed on the big day! One example of why I loved working with Sarah was how flexible she was. After our initial meeting, she worked with my budget constraints to make sure that I could still have the custom suite that I wanted without breaking the bank! I also loved how for every piece in my invitation suite she would create her design and then allow me to voice any changes that I would like her to make. This was huge for me since it can be hard to articulate what you want until there is a first draft in front of you! Sarah truly went above and beyond to make sure that my wedding suite reflected the vibe that I was hoping to portray on my wedding day, and I feel so blessed to have gotten to work with her.”
