Aperol Spritz
To set the mood for the Italian Summer Part II collection, make yourself an Aperol Spritz (the recipe is below) and put on this Italian playlist I put together for you! Then you can peruse the virtual painting exhibition as if you were in a gallery on the Amalfi Coast!
Aperol Spritz Recipe:
Fill your favorite glass with ice.
Add 3 measures of prosecco.
2 measures of Aperol.
Top with your sparkling water of choice. (I used San Pellegrino.)
Lightly stir.
Finish with an orange wedge.
Enjoy!
