Aperol Spritz

To set the mood for the Italian Summer Part II collection, make yourself an Aperol Spritz (the recipe is below) and put on this Italian playlist I put together for you! Then you can peruse the virtual painting exhibition as if you were in a gallery on the Amalfi Coast!

Aperol Spritz Recipe:

  1. Fill your favorite glass with ice.

  2. Add 3 measures of prosecco.

  3. 2 measures of Aperol.

  4. Top with your sparkling water of choice. (I used San Pellegrino.)

  5. Lightly stir.

  6. Finish with an orange wedge.

  7. Enjoy!

Want to make it a mocktail? Substitute Lyre’s Italian Spritz for the Aperol and use a nonalcoholic champagne!
